These terms govern your use of VisaKnot, operated by JETMEAWAY LTD (company no. 17140522). By using VisaKnot you agree to them.
VisaKnot is a document-organisation tool. It is not a law firm or immigration adviser and does not provide legal or immigration advice. It does not assess eligibility, recommend a route, or judge whether your evidence is sufficient. Always rely on current GOV.UK guidance and seek regulated advice for your situation.
VisaKnot provides a generic checklist, secure document storage, expiry reminders and a PDF bundle export. Generic checklists are provided for organisation only and may not reflect the exact requirements of your route.
VisaKnot is currently free to use in full, and no payment is taken. When the full bundle unlock becomes available it will be a one-off payment of £4.99, charged through the app store. As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel; where you ask us to begin a digital service immediately, that right may be affected once the service is provided. Contact info@visaknot.com for refunds.
You keep ownership of the documents you upload. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you upload and for using the service lawfully.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes of any visa application, which are decided by the Home Office.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
