This policy explains how JETMEAWAY LTD ("we", "us"), operator of VisaKnot, handles your personal data. We take privacy seriously because VisaKnot is used to organise sensitive documents.

Account information (such as your email address) and the documents and information you choose to upload to organise your evidence bundle. We do not ask for more than we need.
We use your data to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract) and to keep the service secure. We do not use your documents for advertising, and we do not sell your data.
Your documents are stored in secure cloud storage with encryption at rest and strict per-user access controls, hosted in a UK/EU region. Access is limited to your own account.
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service, which may process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting). Each is bound by its own data-protection terms.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and delete it on request in line with your rights.
Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise them, email info@visaknot.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
The website uses only what is necessary to function. We do not use advertising cookies.
